Group’s specialized activity started in 2012 in the field of new technologies and specifically on CFT structures. Then master’s theses and doctoral theses were defined and research works were carried out in the field of CFT structures. After two years, Rooyesh group started to write the design manual of steel sections filled with concrete (CFT) in 2014. Since 2014, after the end of scientific research and mastering the design and implementation of CFT structures, Group registered its first brand called CFTIRAN and started designing and implementing CFT structures in a specialized manner.
Due to the widespread acceptance of CFT structures and the scientific power of Rooyesh Group, CFTIRAN started developing SRC structures in 2016.
Due to the necessity of activity in the field of Top Down, a specialized geotechnical department was formed and by combining structural and geotechnical expertise, the specialized design and implementation of Top Down was added to the main services of the complex.
Considering the necessity of Rooyesh Group’s quality and credibility, after several years of outsourcing the construction of structures, we established Rooyesh Metal Industries factories.
Gilan province has special potentials and the members of the board of directors have special relations in Gilan province. For this reason, this group started professional activity in the field of housing in the field of investment since 1998. This department operates in the fields of implementation, material store, real estate consultant group, under the title of Rooyesh Construction Group (Gilan).
Today Rooyesh Group consists of Rooyesh Metal Industries, Rooyesh Construction Group (Gilan) and CFTIRAN Group and specialized departments of SRC structures and Top Down excavation.
