Production of Fire Safe Building Design Software
CFT columns have significant resistance when exposed to fire. Unfortunately, this proper function is usually ignored and they are looked at similar to steel columns. This will lead to an increase in the dimensions and costs of column protection. The result of extensive studies of CFTIRAN company’s research and development unit regarding the behavior of CFT columns against fire was the production of Fire Resistance software. The user-friendly environment of the software is such that it is possible to extract the necessary outputs from the ETABS file of the desired project and control all sections of the CFT quickly.
Structure design and control software
The use of CFT degrees in our dear country is facing a challenge due to the lack of design knowledge. In line with the development of engineering knowledge, CFTIRAN has prepared a software for steel sections filled with concrete, which can be used to design all the details related to this section. In this way, after designing the structure set in ETABS software, all the details related to CFT columns (including control of concrete and steel continuity, seismic controls and connections, control of plate column and corbel, etc.) can be easily designed.
